Your credit card is not charged until your order ships, but an authorization will be requested on your account when you place your order. Your bank may choose to reserve this amount on your card for a period of time, typically a couple of days, but occasionally up to 7 days.

At All Urban Media LLC. customer service our #1 goal. And we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with every order. However, because of the ease of in which media is duplicated, we cannot allow refunds on dvds.

If you receive a defective item, send us an email at sales@allurbanmedia.com please place defective item in the subject line, to notify us that you will be sending the item back. Please note your order number name and address, and the issues you are having with your item.

Back Orders

All Urban Media LLC. Prides itself in the fact that 98% of all orders are fulfilled and shipped within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will not hold up your entire order for this one particular item. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped with a note indicating one of your selections is on backorder. As soon as the item is back in stock, it will be sent directly to you, you will not incur any additional shipping cost.
